Do I need to whitelist my domain name (URL)?

  • Updated

What is whitelisting?

Sometimes your IT department has a restrictive firewall for security or other reasons.

Sometimes, in order for your project to run smoothly, you'll need to ask your IT department to allow your domain (website addresses) to work with your organizations network or firewall.

For example, most organizations don't allow  Facebook, YouTube, etc. - the IT department blocks these sites.

Whitelisting your domain name allows your learning program to be freely accessible by anyone.

Why does whitelisting exist?

Our data needs to be passed and saved between different domains.

Because some organizations have stringent firewalls that either flag or block the passing of data by default, Quickify AI may not work at full capacity.

Is this safe and secure?

Quickfiy AI has passed stringent tests in various industries including financial services and healthcare.

What should I do next?

If you're having trouble loading your Quickify AI project in your organization, please request that your administrator or IT department whitelist your Quickify AI domain name which looks like this: [domainname].quickify.ai
