The Quickify story

Developed by the team at TIQ Software (Rocketfuel Productions Inc. established in 2005) Quickify is the by-product of 10 years of work. In this article we'll review:


History

  • TIQ Software is the trade name of Rocketfuel Productions Inc. (RFP)
  • RFP was established in 2005
  • RFP raised Venture Capital funding in 2010 and is backed by Foundation Equity II
  • Won multiple provincial, national and international awards, including Top 15 Startup in Canada.
  • Launched our first product, a platform called Trajectory IQ in 2015
  • Trajectory IQ was used to create over 300 custom educational learning programs.
  • In 2022 we started working on our first SaaS product (Quickify).
  • Quickify launched in 2024.

  • Manages content and publishing - Directus
  • Provides data and analytics - TIQ API (Proprietary)
  • Delivers automated support - Zendesk

Security

Should one of our service providers (AWS, OKTA, etc.) notify our team of a breach, we follow a strict incident response protocol summarized as follows:

  • Contact the service provider
  • Review the data (logs)
  • Identify the information to confirm what, if anything, was compromised 
  • Notify our customers

Response times for all incidents is 24 hours or less from the initial service provider breach notification.

If you or your users are having trouble, submit a request.

Our team reviews all requests and responds in 24 hours or less during normal business hours - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, Mountain Standard Time (MST).
