Matching is used for definitions. Your user will be presented with 4 words, and then 4 definitions. They must drag-and-drop the correct word to its definition. Correct answers turn green and stay in place, but incorrect answers turn red and bounce back, giving your user a chance to try again. This is a timed activity and awards your user points and a badge on completion.
Here are some items to keep in mind when you're writing a Matching:
- Keep your sentences short and to the point
- Ensure a consistent tone and style
- You must use 4 words and definitions per question
For the best user experience, limit the number of questions to 3 or less.
Do I have to use 4 words/answers with each question?
Yes, it is built for 4 in the software. If you need only 2 or 3 options, you can try Classify.
