The Quickify AI Matching activity presents the user with words, or terms they must match to their definition.

How to Edit

Find your activity

1. From the Admin Panel, click on Courses

2. Scroll down to the Add or Edit Activities section
3. Click on the activity you want to edit
4. Or, click Create New to add a new activity

Edit your activity

1. Edit the Activity Title
2. To remove or change the order of a question:
     - To remove a question, click the X icon to the right of the question
     - To move a question, click and drag the double bars on the left of the question to a new
        position
3. Click on a question to edit it
4. Or, click the Create New button to add a new question

Edit Questions

1. Enter your content into the AI Assistant text field
2. Click the Generate with AI button

4. Under Question, you can make your edits
5. Edit the Match Items and the Match Answers

Remember to Save your changes to your activity and course.


Advanced Options

Further customize your activity by adding an Introduction slide or a Summary slide.

You can change your Badges, Audio and Timer under the Advanced Options.


Tips

Here are some items to keep in mind when you're writing a Matching:

  • You must use 4 words and definitions per question
  • Keep your sentences short and to the point
  • Ensure a consistent tone and style

FAQ

Do I have to use 4 words/answers with each question?

Yes, it is built for 4 in the software. If you need only 2 or 3 options, you can try Classify.

Is there another way to edit my Activities? 

Yes, if you're a more advanced user, you can check out our article on advanced editing. Only navigate this way if you have already created custom activity titles.
