Generating a course

With Quickify, it's easy to generate unlimited courses with interactive activities in minutes.

Generating a Quickify course

You have four options to generate a course:

• Type
• Paste
• Upload
• Video

You can generate unlimited courses with a free account but you need a paid plan to share with your users.

Type

Create from a few words, a sentence, or a website address (URL):

1. Type or add in your website URL
2. Click Generate Course

Paste

Create from notes, an outline, or existing content:

1. Paste in text
2. Click Generate Course

To generate a course from text, a minimum of 200 words is required, up to 25,000 maximum words. 

Upload

Create from an existing document or presentation:

1. Upload one of the compatible file formats (Word, PDF, or PPT)
2. Click Generate Course

Files must be under 4 MB in size.

Video

Create from public YouTube, Vimeo or publicly hosted videos.

Video:

1. Add a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 4 video links
2. Type a description for each video or paste the video transcript
3. Click Generate Course

Video links must be from YouTube in order to work. Videos listed as Private will not work. 

Generation

The Course Generation page will show you the progress of your course as it's being created by AI.

Once your course has been generated, you can:

• Preview your course in a new tab or window
• Edit your course directly in the Quickify Editor

It can take up to 2 minutes to generate a course.
