Customizing Your Courses

It's easy to customize your Quickify courses. In this article we'll review how to:

Find Your Course

It's easy to see the courses you've created.

1. Navigate to the Quickify Editor
2. Click My Courses
3. Choose one of your existing course

Don't have a course? It's easy to use Quickify's advanced AI to create your first course.

Edit Course Title and Description

1. Click on the course you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to Details.
3. Under Course Title, edit the text.
4. Under Course Description, edit the text. 

Change Course Thumbnail

1. Click on the course you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to Design.
3. In the Start Screen Thumbnail field, click the X to remove the default image.
4. Upload your own thumbnail by clicking on the Upload icon. 
5. Select your thumbnail image on your computer.
6. Or click on the Folder icon to select a file from your File Library.

Change Course Logo

1. Click on the course you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to Design.
3. In the Welcome Page Logo field, click the X to remove the default image.
4. Upload your own logo by clicking on the Upload icon. 
5. Select your logo image on your computer.
6. Or click on the Folder icon to select a previous uploaded logo from the File Library.

Changing Course Theme

1. Click on the course you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to Design.
3. In the Background Image field, click the X to remove the default image.
4. Upload your own background by clicking on the Upload icon. 
5. Select your background image on your computer.
6. Or click on the Folder icon to select a previously uploaded background from the File Library.

Change Course Audio

Each template comes with a default Sound Pack, but you can change it.

1. Click on the course you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to Design.
3. Under Sound Pack, select the audio you want from the dropdown menu.

Change Course Introduction

Every course starts with an Introduction Message - from your company, executive, important item to remember about the course, etc.

1. Click on the course you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to Introduction Message.
3. Under Introduction Message Title, edit the text. 
4. Under Introduction Message Description, add your own description. 
5. Under Introduction Message Image, upload your logo or custom image.

Edit Course Activities

It's easy to view, edit, or add an Activity to a course.

Learn more about the different types of interactive activities or easily edit any activity in seconds.

Preview, Update, and Save Your Course

Click the Preview button at the top of the page to see your Course.

Your users won't be able to see your Course until you add it to your Portal. Learn More

It's easy to Update and Save Your Course:

1. Make a change to your project (content, images, etc.)
2. Click the Update button.
3. You'll see a popup asking if you'd like to Save and Update or Cancel your changes.
4. Note: your users will only see your changes if you course has been published. Learn more
