Sharing, analytics and user management

This is the last step in the Quickify AI Quick Start Guide. In this section, we'll review the following items:

Publish

Quickify AI is designed in distinct sections (Login, Start, Courses) so that you can edit, adjust and publish each item individually.

This is for safety and security - to ensure that you can edit and publish each section in the future without it affecting your entire learning program.

Here's how to publish:

  1. Click on the section you want to publish: Login, Start, or Courses.
  2. Scroll down to Publish.
  3. Click the Publish button.

Preview

You can preview any of your courses. This is a great way to test your course, and make any changes, before you make them available to your users.

You will need to publish any changes you have made before you can preview them.

Here's how to publish:

  1. Click on Courses in the left-hand menu
  2. Click the course you want to preview
  3. Click on the Preview button
  4. Your course will open in a new browser tab

Users can only see a published course once it has been added to the Start screen.

Share

Here are some next steps to consider now that you're ready to send your learning program:

How do I get the message out to my users?

Use the Share function on the Admin Panel to get your learning program out to your audience.

Dashboard

It's easy to review your analytics and manage your users with the Quickify AI Dashboard.

To access your Dashboard:

  1. From the Admin Panel screen, click on Analytics and Users.
