Step 10: Sharing, analytics and user management

  • Updated

This is the last step in the Quickify AI Quick Start Guide. In this section, we'll review the following items:

Quickify AI is designed in distinct sections (Home, Start, Courses) so that you can edit, adjust and publish each item individually.

This is for safety and security - to ensure that you can edit and publish each section in the future without it affecting your entire learning program.

Here's how to publish:

  1. Click on the section you want to publish: Home, Start, or Courses.
  2. Scroll down to Publish.
  3. Click the Publish button.

You can preview any of your courses. This is a great way to test your course, and make any changes, before you make them available to your users.

You will need to publish any changes you have made before you can preview them.

Here's how to publish:

  1. Click on Courses in the left-hand menu
  2. Click the course you want to preview
  3. Click on the Preview button
  4. Your course will open in a new browser tab

Users can only see a published course once it has been added to the Start screen.

Here are some next steps to consider now that you're ready to send your learning program:

How do I get the message out to my users?

It's important to let your users know what's available, include your domain [companyname], and who they should contact from your team if they're having trouble.

Can I turn this into a campaign?

It's easy to review your analytics and manage your users with the Quickify AI Dashboard.

To access your Dashboard:

  1. From the Start screen, click on the Admin Panel.
  2. From the Admin Panel, click Dashboard

Your Dashboard has three sections:

  • Analytics
  • Users
  • Support

Check course Estimates for live data, such as, track user progress, completions, average time spent per course, etc.

Insights generate individual performance reports on completion time, percentage completed, earned awards, location, and other specific data.

Intelligence lets you gain insights into your team's performance on each question, enabling adjustments for improved user impact and better outcomes.

View in-depth analytics that you can use to track your individual and group progress.

In the same dashboard, you can activate and deactivate users, as well as promote users to administrators.
