Understanding Quickify AI user types

Your Quickify AI platform is defined by three key roles: Owner, Administrator, and User.

In this guide you’ll learn:

  • The specifics for each Quickify AI user type.
  • How to adjust user types according to your needs.

Owner

A Quickify AI account Owner is the person who originally signed up for your Quickify AI account and chose the domain name for your company.

Account Owners are:

  • The original creator of your Quickify AI account.
  • An Administrator by default.
  • Able to access the Admin Panel and all features - Editor, Analytics Dashboard, etc.
  • Considered a User and count towards one license.
  • The only person who can change your subscription plan - for security.

Administrator

A Quickify AI account Administrator is most likely someone at your company or someone that you trust to manage your learning program with you. 

Account Administrators are:

  • Users of the system - they need to create an account and count towards one license.
  • Made an Administrator by the account owner or another Administrator.
  • Able to access the Admin Panel and all features - Editor, Analytics Dashboard, etc.
  • Not allowed to change your subscription plan - account Owners only. 

User

A Quickify AI User is someone who you'd like to sign up for your Quickify AI learning program at the domain name you chose.

Account Users are:

  • Anyone inside or outside your organization
  • Able to use any email address to signup for your learning program
  • A self-registered single account holder who counts towards one license.
  • Only allowed access after account creation and email confirmation by an Administrator (or the Account Owner).
