Quickify AI allows you to deactivate users in order to control the number of active users and stay within your subscription plan.
Getting Started
Go to your dashboard. If you're not sure how to access it, click here.
How to deactivate a user
1. Click on the Manage Users
2. Click on a user you want to deactivate
Account Type | Account Color |
Account Owner and Administrators | Gold |
Active user | Blue |
Deactivated user | Red |
Deactivating a user blocks their access to your project. It does NOT delete their account.
3. Click on Deactivate User
4. Read the prompt
5. To confirm, type DEACTIVATE and click OK.
6. Once confirmed, the name of the deactivated user will turn red.
Deactivating a user will gain you a license under your current subscription plan.
What happens when a user is reactivated?
When a user is deactivated using the steps above, their password is automatically reset for security purposes. Their old password will no longer work.
If you decide to reactivate a user and give them access to your project again, they will need to reset their password using the Forgot Password? functionality on the login page.
Once they've reset their password, they'll be able to access your project as expected.
Any user accessing your project, including reactivated users, will use a license under your subscription plan.
