Quickify AI allows you to copy courses and activities to save you time and effort.

How to copy courses

1. Go to Courses
2. Click on the course you want to copy
3. Change one or more items (e.g. Course Title)
4. Navigate to the top right of the page and click on the three vertical dots next to the Save button
5. Select Save as Copy
6. Keep working on your new course. 

Your new course will not be available to your users until you add it to your Start screen. The original version can be found under Courses.

When you copy courses, the activities within those courses are not transferred. However, you have the option to assign existing activities to your new course, create entirely new activities, or duplicate the ones that already exist.

How to copy activities

1. Go to Activities
2. Click on the activity you want to copy
3. Change one or more items (e.g. Activity Title)
4. Navigate to the top right of the page and click on the three vertical dots next to the Save button
5. Select Save as Copy
6. Keep working on your new activity.

The original activity can still be found under Activities, and in courses it was assigned.

Scenarios are custom activities and can't be copied in full. Duplicating a scenario preserves its title, introduction slide, and badge, but not its individual parts like slides and questions.
