Why can't my user login?

To access your Quickify AI learning program, your users first need to create an account.


What are potential causes for why my users can't login?

Administrator approval

By default, every user account created must be approved by your account Owner or an Administrator before they can login to your learning program.

Once approved, the user will be able to access your program as expected.

Incorrect username (email address)

It's possible that the user may be trying to login with an incorrect email address. To confirm the email addresses from your users, check out how to see a user's profile.
