Adding resources to Courses

Every Quickify Course has it's own dedicated Menu that includes a library for specific resources.

This includes an easy to use Library to share important resources such as specific course documents, Activities (like worksheets or surveys), Links, Videos, and Other Resources, with your user. 


Navigate to the Admin Panel

  1. Go to the Quickify Editor
  2. Click My Courses
  3. Choose one of your existing courses to edit.

Course Menu

Quickify comes with a Resources and Links section by default but you can rename them and add new sections easily. Quickify also includes a built in viewer to preview PDFs inside their browser without leaving their course. Other document types will prompt the user to download the file instead.

  1. Scroll down to Menu.
  2. Click on the section you want to edit. 
  3. You can also click the Create New button to add a new section.
  4. Edit the Title.
  5. Upload a document or add a link.
  6. Click the Save icon to confirm your entry.

Preview, Update, and Save Your Course

Click the Preview button at the top of the page to see your Course.

Your users won't be able to see your Course until you add it to your Portal. Learn More

It's easy to Update and Save Your Course:

  1. Make a change to your project (content, images, etc.)
  2. Click the Update button.
  3. You'll see a popup asking if you'd like to Save and Update or Cancel your changes.
  4. Note: your users will only see your changes if you course has been published. Learn more
