Step 9: Add your documents, links and resources

Quickify AI includes an easy to use library for your important resources such as specific course documents, Activities (like worksheets or surveys), Links, Videos, and Other Resources. 

Each course has its own dedicated menu and library for specific resources


Navigate to the Admin Panel

To customize your courses, go to the Admin Panel, and click Courses

  1. The Quickify AI Editor (CMS) will open in a new tab.
  2. Click Courses in the Editor menu.
  3. Choose one of the existing courses to edit.

Personalize each course with your own assets, use items like images and audio that we've provided, or generate new AI assets.


Edit the Menu

Each course has it's own Menu that contains a Library where you can add important resources, like PDF's, and important links to external resources (e.g. websites, YouTube videos, etc.)

  1. Scroll down to Menu.
  2. Click on the section you want to edit. 
  3. You can also click the Create New button to add a new section.
  4. Edit the Title.
  5. Upload a document or add a link.
  6. Click the Save icon to save your entry.

Quickify AI comes with a Resources and Links section by default. You can change, remove, or add Library sections.

Quickify AI comes with a built in viewer to preview PDFs inside the Library. Other document types will prompt the user to download the file instead.


Save your changes

To save your changes and stay on the current page:

  1. Click the Save button.

To save your changes and return to the previous page:

  1. Click the Save icon in the top right corner.

You must save your changes before you can Preview or Publish your project.


Publish and Preview your project

Before you can preview your course, it has to be published.

To Publish:

  1. At the top, click the Publish button.

Changes made only apply to one course. To copy a course, it must be published. 

To Preview:

  1. Click the Preview button to launch your preview in a new tab.

Your users won't be able to see your course until you add it to the Start screen.
