In the Quickify AI Editor, you can create an activity first, and then add it to a course later.
You can add activities to an already existing course, or add one activity to multiple courses.
We recommend only navigating this way if you have already created custom activity titles.

How to Edit
Find your activity
- Open the Activities dropdown menu in the Editor
- Click on the activity type from the menu
- Select the Activity Title you want to edit
- Or, click the Create New icon in the top right corner to make a new one

- Edit or add the Activity Title

To remove or change the order of a question:
- To remove a question, click the X icon to the right of the question
- To move a question, click and hold the double bars on the left of the question and drag it to a new position
- Click on a question to edit it
- Or, click the Create New button to add a new question
Edit Questions
1. To generate content, enter it into the AI Assistant text field
2. Click the Generate with AI button
3. Scroll down to edit the Question or Slide details
Remember to Save your changes to your activity.
Adding an activity to a course
Once you've created your activity, you can now add it to any course.
1. Click on Courses in the left hand menu
2. Select the course you want to add the activity in
3. Scroll down to the Add or Edit Activities section
4. Click on the Add Existing button below the list of Activities
5. Select the activity type you created from the dropdown menu
6. Choose the activity you want to add
7. Click the Save icon in the top right corner
8. To change the activity order, click and drag the double bars on the left of the activity title
9. To remove an activity, click the X icon to the right of the activity title
10. Click the Save button at the top of the Course page to save all your changes
Remember to publish your changes to see the new activity in your course.
