All of your users create accounts in your Quickify Portal.
Once a user creates a Quickify account, you have 3 access options:
- Private: (Default)
- Public: None
- Paywall: Payment Required (Coming soon)
It's easy to change the signup method your users use to access your Portal.
Go to the Quickify Editor
- Click Portal
- Click the Go to my Portal button
Private (Default)
- A user creates a new account in your Portal.
- You (Administrator) receives an email requesting access to your Portal
- You can one click approve the user
- The user receives an email confirming that they can now access your Portal.
Every user counts towards your subscription plan. Keeping your Portal Private helps you manage who can access your Portal.
Public
- A user creates a new account in your Portal.
- The user has immediate access to your courses.
- No Administrator approval is required.
New users count towards your subscription plan. Please keep that in mind when selecting this option.
