Publish, Unpublish, and Change Course Order

It's easy to publish, unpublish, and change the order that your Quickify Courses display in your Portal.

Go to the Quickify Editor

1. Click Preview & Publish
2. Click the Go to preview and publish button

Publish a Course

1. Click the Add Existing button.
2. Select the Course you want to publish from the list.
3. Click the Save checkmark icon
4. The course you selected will be at the top of your Courses list
5. Click Update

Unpublish a Course

Unpublishing a Course from your Portal will not delete the course - you can still find it by clicking on My Courses. No one will be able to see it, except for your Administrators.

1. Find the Course you want to remove
2. Click the X icon.
3. Click Update

Change the Order of your Courses

1. Click on the two bars next to the Course you want to reorder.
2. Drag to reorder your Course.
3. Click Update
4. The order your Courses appear in the Quickify Editor, is the order they will appear in your Portal. 

Preview your Portal

Click the Preview button at the top of the page to see a live view of your Courses.

Make sure to click the Update button to see the most recent version of your Portal
