PC (Windows)
Recommended: Adobe Acrobat (if available):
- Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat
- Go to File → Compress PDF
- Select a compression level (standard is fine)
- Click Save
- Upload your new compressed file to Quickify AI
Mac
Recommended: Preview (built-in on Mac)
- Open the PDF with Preview
- Go to File → Export
- Select Quartz Filter → Reduce File Size
- Save the new compressed PDF to your folder (e.g. Desktop, Downloads, etc.)
- Upload your new compressed file to Quickify AI
