PC (Windows)

Recommended: Adobe Acrobat (if available):

  1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat
  2. Go to File → Compress PDF
  3. Select a compression level (standard is fine)
  4. Click Save
  5. Upload your new compressed file to Quickify AI

Mac

Recommended: Preview (built-in on Mac)

  1. Open the PDF with Preview
  2. Go to File → Export
  3. Select Quartz Filter → Reduce File Size
  4. Save the new compressed PDF to your folder (e.g. Desktop, Downloads, etc.)
  5. Upload your new compressed file to Quickify AI
