Some TIQ courses generate a completion certificate once you've finished a course.

Certificates can always be found on the TIQ portal, under the Completions section (usually at the bottom of the portal).

Once a course is completed, the certificate for that course will appear automatically the next time you access the portal.

Still having trouble?

Can't find your certificate? Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. If you still have the portal open in a browser tab, log out and close the browser tab
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Open the portal in a new tab
4. Log back in as usual
5. The certificate should be available at the bottom under Completions
