Make sure you’re using the same login method you used when you signed up - email address and password, or with your Google or Microsoft account.
If you forgot your password, please click forgot password, add the email address you used to create your account, and reset your password.
If you forgot your username, send us a support request for help.
Where is my account activation email?
Please check your Spam or Junk email folder
You might have used a 3rd party newsletter or mail application that is not supported by TIQ.

What if I entered my email address incorrectly?
If you think you entered the wrong email address when you created your account (or there's a typo or spelling mistake), we can help you fix it.

After verifying that you're the account owner, a TIQ Specialist will help you resolve the issue.
For security reasons, a TIQ Specialist can't share previous login information, such as a misspelled email address.
