Make sure you’re using the same login method you used when you signed up - email address and password, or with your Google or Microsoft account.

What if I entered my email address incorrectly?

After verifying that you're the account owner, a TIQ Specialist will help you resolve the issue.
For security reasons, a TIQ Specialist can't share previous login information, such as a misspelled email address.
