1. What is a course license?

A license grants access to one user for a course purchased on TIQ Store.

2. How do I buy one license?

If you buy one license for a course, the email address used to make the purchased is granted access. Our system will send you an email with instructions on how to access the course.

3. How do I buy multiple licenses for my team?

If you buy more than one license of an individual course, TIQ Software automatically creates a customer organization for you and provides one URL to send to your team.

Every time a team member signs up, a course license is removed from your inventory. If you run out of licenses, you can go back and buy more using the same email address and they'll be added to your total.

The email address used to make the purchase will be considered an Admin in the system. It will have access to the purchased course, but it does NOT count against the total number of licenses purchased.

4. Can more than one person share a license?

They can't. Sharing licenses is not how the courses are designed, and it should not be used this way. When one user shares a course, it affects the individual user experience.

5. What payment types do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, as well as Apple Pay. 

6. Can I pay by cheque, get some licenses, and pay TIQ later?

No. Licenses can't be issued without payment.

7. How do coupon codes work?

If you have a coupon code, you can apply it on checkout. You will see the discount applied before you complete the purchase.
