The best way to get in touch with the TIQ Software support team about Quickify AI is to submit a request and let us know how we can help. 


When is support available?

Our support team is headquartered in Edmonton, Canada. We're available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Mountain Standard Time. 


Can I talk to someone online for help?

You can! Every Quickify AI project comes with 1:1 support. Schedule a guided tour and we'll try to accommodate your schedule. 


Can someone set this up for me?

Contact our sales team and they'll be in touch to set up a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting to learn more about your learning program and how our connect plans work - including a custom quote and setup.
