Portal Sections and Page Assets

Each portal is built using a combination of sections or page assets, allowing you to manage your Courses, videos, documents, links, surveys, social media accounts, and more:

  • Featured courses
  • Links with image and subtitle
  • Links with images and description
  • Numbered Panels
  • Recent badges
  • Completions

Featured courses

The Feature Courses links to your course(s). By default it displays one course (title and description), but if you portal has more than one connected course, the layout turns into a carousel automatically.

For the best user experience, Featured Course should always be at the top of your portal.


Links with image and subtitle

This section is particularly useful for quick links to important documents, and external links such as you social channels, survey tools, etc. You can pick different layout options in the Builder depending on what works best for your content.


Links with images and description

This section type also links out to document or external links, but allows you to provide additional context for the link your audience is clicking on. It's available in full width (image above), of half width depending on the number of items you have and amount of copy in your description.


Numbered Panels

This section type is particularly useful as a checklist, such as forms that need to be filled out during onboarding, or general steps of a process.


Recent badges

This section is automatically generated when added and can't be customized. It displays the recent badges earned across all your courses.


Completions

This section allows your audience to download completion certificates for the courses they've completed. The system generates a PDF document with the name of user, completion date and course title.
